9月15日，上海市静安区谈家桥小区迎来首批回搬居民。谈家桥城市更新项目总建筑面积5.39万平方米，在老旧小区原址新建住宅小区，将成为集居住、购物、教育等功能为一体的社区。谈家桥小区的焕新升级，是践行人民城市理念的缩影。
