观点网讯：9月23日，新城发展控股有限公司=宣布，拟在国际市场发行RegS规则下的2年期美元计价高级无抵押债券，最终指导价锁定13%。
根据公开资料整理，本次债券为固定利率，募集资金将用于公司一般营运资金及现有债务再融资。
